Direct Billing

Are you covered?

Many of our practitioners offer direct billing for a variety of insurance companies (Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield, Sun Life Financial, Manulife, ICBC, and more).

For individuals or families who have a combined annual income of less than $30K and are enrolled with premium assistance on their MSP account, they are entitled to a reimbursement of $230 per year (maximum $23 reimbursement per visit / up to 10 visits per year) which can be used for acupuncture or registered massage therapy at our spa.  Patients are required to bill MSP directly as we are opted out.
